Access is for STADA employees and by invitation and approval of STADA only. The platform is not intended for consumers and no consumer contracts are concluded through this website.
2. Registration and User Accounts
Users must keep login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under their accounts. The operator may suspend or revoke access at any time.
3. Catalogue Information
Product descriptions, specifications, images, colours and dimensions are indicative only and may be amended without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed.
4. Prices
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT but included transportation based on the mentioned INCOTERM® and branding costs unless specified differently. Prices are confidential and intended solely for the authorised customer.
5. Quotations and Orders
Catalogue listings do not constitute a legally binding offer. Any purchase request is subject to a reconfirmation by the operator and subject to receipt of a formal Purchase Order (PO) by STADA as defined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) between both Parties.
6. Payment
Payment terms are set at 60 days net after invoice.
7. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delivery terms and transfer of risk shall be governed by the agreed Incoterms where applicable -DDP for EU countries and DAP for European markets not part of the EU-.
8. Acceptable Use
Users shall not share login credentials, scrape or harvest data, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious software or misuse the platform.
9. Data Protection
Personal data are processed in accordance with the website Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the GDPR.
14. Governing Law
These platform specific Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain being the location of the Operator and the provided platform service.
